What people are saying...

"Easily the best restaurant in El Dorado County- ultra charming. Very generous and community-minded owners. Highly recommended! Be sure to ask the hostess to give you a tour of the haunted area upstairs... spooky!!"

About Our Menu

Our menu offers a variety of tempting choices at several price levels. It also offers flexibility to match any mood or taste. For example an Add-on section offers choices like grilled salmon ($4) which you can add to any meal or entrée, or to a salad for creating your own light meal. You can also order main selections, for example Artichoke Chicken, as an entrée ($13) or as a full dinner ($16). For families, there is also a children's menu.

David Bagley, Sequoia's General Manager and Executive Chef, says: "We've created a menu that fits all moods, styles and budgets. It's not only flexible and family friendly, it remains consistent to the Sequoia experience of acclaimed food served with style in this lovely 1853 Victorian mansion."

Sequoia's menu reflects the menus of grand restaurants of yesteryear such as San Francisco's Blue Fox and New York's Delmonico's whose menus were straightforward, easy to understand, and filled with abundant selections at every price level.
