Sequoia welcomes one day meetings, one hour meetings, evening events and parties, overnight conferences, breakfast meetings, lunch meetings...whatever the need.

Sequoia has a retreat-like ambience, where seclusion and a quiet homey atmosphere can contribute to high-impact meeting experiences. Located in the heart of the oak-forested Sierra Foothills region, Sequoia is a get-away destination that, nevertheless, is closer than you think.
For example, an Executive Retreat at Sequoia affords senior leadership teams an off-site escape, where, in this quiet restored Victorian masion, time seems to beat a bit more slowly. Pampered by true privacy, attentive discreet service, and Sequoia's award-winning cuisine, the team can relax, regroup, renew, and re-commit.
To accomodate overnight stays, highly rated B&Bs and the historic Cary House Hotel are within blocks.
Meeting Rooms
 Gold Rush Landing
Perfect for small informal social gatherings over coffee or simple buffet style lunch. Seats up to 12.
Cedar Boardroom
This private room seats up to 30 in flexible configurations. Perfect for meetings facilitated by a conference-style table. Also well suited for small cocktail mixers, for buffet luncheons or private formal sit-down dinners served with Sequoia's well-known elegance and style.
Victoria Hall
With chairs in theater arrangement, this private space seats up to 100. Or up to 45 at banquet or round tables. A versatile and open space, Victoria Hall is great for sales meetings, training sessions, lectures,  break-out sessions of smaller groups at either end, or small receptions and banquets.
Empire Ballroom
A large space with up to 200 seating capacity at tables. 250 in chairs. Includes a stage with sound and lighting systems. Suited for large banquets and holiday parties.
Main Dining Room & The Veranda
Sequoia's main dining room and The Veranda can be rented during the breakfast hour Tuesday-Saturday, and  lunch hours Tuesday-Thursday. These spaces host a variety of meetings or socials over delicious foods and beverages.
