On Saturday, September 26, Sequoia is proud to host a black-tie gala event: "Casablanca Evening." It's the annual fund raiser dinner and auction for CASA of El Dorado County. The evening will feature fantastic food, wine, dancing, a spectacular chocolate and port bar and silent and live auctions.
About CASA: As many as 780,000 children in the US are unable to live safely at home and become caught up in the maze of courts and child welfare. Into their lives come police, foster parents, therapists, social workers, judges, and lawyers. Judges appoint CASA volunteers to watch over and advocate for these abused and neglected children, to make sure they don’t get lost in the overburdened legal and social service system.
A table of eight to this gala event is $750. Individual tickets are $75 each.
