Once a month, Sequoia presents that fine old-world tradition of the "wine-maker's dinner. " Every 4th Friday, we collaborate with a Northern California winery, most often from our own up-and-coming foothills wine region to present a multi-course dinner, each course featuring one of that winery's best wines. Our trained and talented chefs prepare dishes especially paired to these wines, from appetizer through to dessert.
